A Rage Cage Franchise?

I once saw an episode of Delocated where Jon ran an aggression shop--with old TVs, stereos and metal trash cans set up in the store.  And you could pay, get a baseball bat and just go to town in the store.  Does anyone know if something like that really exists?  If so I'd like a year long membership, please.
